The Permissive Commons technology must be developed 'for the good of humanity', and whilst this production of this technology is considered to be an important part of the webizen ecosystem; the use of the permissive commons technology should not require users to have purchased a webizen or be required to participate in the webizen network; other than where necessary in relation to specified and unadvoidable webizen related usecases.
